Main tasks:

• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients, following up with Dunning Letter Module
• Bank Conciliation-Cash Allocation
• Close communication with sales and service team members
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Inform customer about due and overdue invoices by email/phone and negotiation of payment plan if need

Understanding of basic accounting principles,

Experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software

English speaking and writing skills, any other European language could be highly appreciated
